Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 31, 2026

CARGA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to everything on CARGA, including profiles, photos, comments and challenges.

1. Who CARGA is for

For this test, CARGA is for people 18 and over. The app is not open to the public yet. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

2. What is not allowed

Sexual content involving anyone under 18, whether real, drawn or generated. Sexualizing a minor in any way. Grooming, or trying to contact a minor for sexual purposes. Offering, asking for or sharing this material, or links to it.

3. What we do

If we find this material or receive a report of it, we remove it, close the accounts involved and report it to the authorities as the law requires, including NCMEC in the United States and the competent authorities in Brazil. We keep what the law requires us to keep for the investigation, and nothing else.

4. How to report

To report a concern about a child's safety on CARGA, write to toniandrade2000@hotmail.com. Tell us the profile, post or link involved. Do not attach or forward the material itself.

If a child is in immediate danger, call the police first: 911 in the United States, 190 in Brazil.
